CVMA Comments concerning the draft Quebec Zero Emission Vehicle Regulations

The Canadian Vehicle Manufacturers’ Association expresses its concern that several issues have still not been addressed in the draft regulations under Quebec Bill 104, making implementation problematic across the province and leading to unintended negative consequences for consumers and new car dealerships, particularly in rural regions of Quebec.
